TIH has extensive experiences in cross-border private equity investments and divestments, including but not limited to restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and turnaround opportunities.

 

TIHIM and its affiliates has been investing in Japan for more than 10 years, it was previously a 7% shareholder in Mitsui Life before it was acquired by Nippon Life. We have invested in Japanese companies across various sectors such as property, technology, life insurance, construction, engineering etc. We seek to support management efforts through regular engagement and constructive dialogue.

 

TIHM manages funds that are currently shareholders in Yutaka Foods Corporation. Through the Vasanta Master Fund, we are currently the 2nd largest shareholder in Yutaka and hold shares amounting to below 5% in Yutaka.
